The Peel Club is a welcoming and friendly Club for anyone who is over 55 years old, which takes place five days a week. We have a long tradition of supporting the community and now, after over 100 years working for local people the Peel continues to provide a wide range of activities, classes and social events aimed at educating, stimulating and entertaining our members.
We run 55 - 60 activities a month ranging from dancing to days out to lunch and lunchtime concerts, pilates, Tai Chi, flower arranging, bingo and a film club.
The Peel offers something for everyone and aims to meet your tastes and needs - please do pop in, you’re bound to find something that suits you!
The Centre is a designated pick-up point for the community transport Plus Bus scheme, providing free local transport for older people on a range of designated routes.
